Only if you could do what was done to Theon to the producers and tell them it's the right thing for them.
🎼something kinda sad about,
the way that things have got to be.
🎶desensitized to everything,
what became of subtlety?
…how can this mean anything to me,
if I really don't feel anything at all?
I'll keep digging.

Something. 🎵

Ramsey loved him and so did robb
Somehow, the return of The Hound seems more interesting than the return of Jon Snow.
With all these cool ass old school names, what's this guy's name? Ray.

WHAT IS DEAD MAY NEVER DIE!!!
I wouldn't exactly call the Greyjoys a viking people, maybe only for the placement of their kingdom and the deep connection to the sea.
Damn, Brienne and Tormund over already?
Lady Mormont vs. Night King = Problem solved.
I've decide that the broken man refers to several characters simultaneously.
That was Arya stabbing the Waif not the other way around…they switched faces to fool each other. This explains Arya's cavalier behavior despite knowing she is being hunted. Believing the Waif, as a hunter on the prowl wearing Arya's face and acting that careless, is more plausible. Plus, the stabbing technique was very much like what we saw with Meryn Trant. Very manic and spastic. Suggesting that Arya was dong the stabbing. It seems to me the Waif would have been more efficient with a blade, considering how efficient she is at hand-to-hand combat. Particularly when compared to Arya. I'd expect her to go for the head or neck or heart, not the belly. And the way she escapes the bridge seems more reminiscent of the Waif's athleticism than Arya's to me. I would expect Arya to simply stumble and fall over the rail backwards or something…like how she takes punches during the training. The dive from the bridge was fairly deliberate and precise and athletic.
But what about the faces? Don't you have to be dead to get your face into the hall? Well, Arya saw both her face and Jaqen H'ghar's face on the dead body when she went blind, despite the fact that she was alive and Jaqen was also alive standing right behind her as she went blind. In fact, Jaqen's face appeared nearly simultaneously on two different bodies in that scene (one dead, one alive). Perhaps it is possible to have two copies of the same face in the hall, or to use the same face on two faceless men at the same time? After all, Arya's face did exactly that. Anyway, evidently there are at least two faces in the hall that belong to living people — Arya's and Jaqen's. Maybe they aren't faces that actually exist in the hall on one of the busts, but they are clearly being used. So maybe any face can be used and the hall merely represents a subset of faces that are "safer to use" because they are from the forgotten dead. Therefore, it isn't a stretch to assume that the Waif's face could be usable as well, that Arya took it before she bolted, and the Waif decided to use Arya's face for some unknown scheme. Then when Arya saw herself on the bridge, she attacked suspecting correctly that it was a faceless assassin out to get her.
I think the broken man could be referring to the septon guy that got hung. Haven't seen anybody suggest that alternative yet. I suppose you could argue he had "fixed" himself by this time, but that doesn't mean he isn't a broken man. He admits to living a broken life all episode long. And after all, broken things don't work. And in the end he was permanently broken, more so than any of the other prominent characters seen this week. Also, thinking you have fixed something is often times a mistake that leads to breaking it worse, even beyond all hope of repair…which is what happened to him. Don't believe me? Just look at Government plans carried out anywhere and everywhere. As I see it, his preference to die rather than defend himself and his "family" against the wicked strongly indicates a man with broken logic. He also got a lot of screen time in the episode which suggests to me that the episode could very well have been themed around him, and therefore the title as well. I think this is an important factor to consider when you try to identify who. For example, I've heard some propose that Loras is the broken man. Yet he doesn't even appear in an episode titled "Broken Man"??? Was his name even mentioned in the episode? Makes little sense to me. Hollywood doesn't do that. No story teller does for that matter.
Whoever it is, I think it is safe to assume he must have appeared in the episode somewhere, and probably featured prominently. The hung septon fits this assumption. So "Broken Man" could imply that a man once broken cannot ever be truly fixed even when it appears outwardly to be the case. Westeros is depicted as a place where this could be true. I can't identify any character in any episode that escapes this, can you? Who has ever been broken and then fixed? In Westeros, if you are broken you either die or become a ruler and then die later. If you are not, you either die or become broken or endure to battle the broken souls of the world. I have yet to see a turn around from broken to fixed anywhere.
But actually, I think it's the Hound…believing killing and brutality will lead to justice via revenge…still broken.
Not saying I believe these things, but just thought it would be fun to throw them out there. Frankly, I've been conditioned to not believe anything I see happen in this story. So I believe nothing at all just to be safe. I'm not even sure those are dragons anymore. Maybe they are simply illusions with a hefty bite. I half expect them to be revealed as bunnies in dragon suits. Is there a bunny sigil somewhere in Westeros?
and they fucking avoided arya ofcourse
Please someone tell me what the background music is at 2:55
I hope the axe becomes Sandors weapon of choice.
The hound want revenge not for people, but for the chickens that they took in the raid.
Also, hope the waif isn't afraid of "needles" because I think Arya has something for her.
I think the High Sparrow knows Margaery is acting. That's why he subtly threatened her Lady Olena, knowing Margaery would tell her to leave the city, along with the Tyrell army so the High Sparrow is in a better position. Just like he got Tommen to send Jamie and the Lannister army to the Riverlands.
Anyone know the background music of this video ?? Around the 2:55 mark
Also that whole Arya thing? Nope? Just gonna…gonna skip that bit, eh?
Emmy
So Lady Mormont is Lightbringer? What?
That. Is. Not. How. Tough. Love. Works.
Seriously, D and D should be utterly ashamed for that entire travesty of a scene. You do not go and tell a suicidal victim of extreme abuse to "go end it" if they cannot fix themselves. That is just.. so completely amoral and opposed to the terrible reality of abuse and trauma victims… Like, do some research before actually writing, please, instead of blindly reinforcing a totally sick and twisted perception of the suicidal in which their suicide will make things better for all involved.
Alfie Allen just acts the crap out of every scene, this guy is pure talent.
Now i know Theon is the broken man
